When fully charged, I put into my Canon powershot camera. Wireless mouse- same. I charged them completely at a slow rate. I purchased 2 packages of 4 along with a LaCrosse charger. Maybe I am doing something wrong. Each time I charge the Sanyos, they either last only a few moments if used immediately, or lose their charge overnight. Same thing again. Put 2 more in a remote control.
All my other rechargeables, from Kodak to Duracell to cheapy no-name brands from WalMart last for several days, if not weeks. Tried another pair. These batteries were consistently rated among the best of all the rechargeables. Everything I put these batteries into fails after a few minutes. Lasted maybe 15 minutes. Same thing. Same charging technique, same charger. I am extremely disappointed.
In short. Never had any issues with Eneloop, which are just a bit less powerful, but have no problems whatsoever and work as they should.I have no vested interest in either brand, just my experience. avoid - buy Eneloop instead. These batteries botched a number of jobs I got them for - which is to power flash. Unreliable, discharge way too quickly both under load or without.Honestly, don't waste either time or money. I was really shocked to see how bad those batteries were. All of them are now in the garbage here.
These are the best NiMH batteries I have ever used. Sanyo was the maker of the Sony high capacity batteries no longer available.
I've only used this set of batteries for a few weeks now. I use it on my fairly high discharge Canon S1. Thus far they have been excellent. It will be interesting to see how they work out in the long run.-ag
These batteries don't hack it. Not only do they hold a charge well, they stand up well to moderate duty use. When recharged (and I have a good charger), I'm lucky if they last 10 days without discharging.even if not used. In comparison, the Sanyo eneloop rechargeables are much, much better. We have had good luck with the eneloop in our Canon camera. The Sanyo 2700's don't last well there, and they won't even effectively power a cordless mouse.a much lower power application.
